Welcome to eCHANDA ("we," "us," "our"). We provide a technology platform (the "Platform") to allow campaign creators ("Event Managers") to create fundraising campaigns ("Campaigns") and accept donations from donors ("Donors").
By accessing or using our website, echanda.com, you agree to be bound by
these Terms of Service (the "Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you
do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Platform.
eCHANDA is a technology provider. We are not a party to any agreement between an Event Manager and a Donor. We do not endorse any Campaign and make no guarantees about the truthfulness of any Campaign or the ability of the Event Manager to fulfill any promises.
We are not responsible for any data loss, though we will make reasonable efforts to maintain backups. As a user, you are responsible for maintaining your own records.
We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or limit any user account or Campaign at our sole discretion, with or without cause, and with or without notice.
Any user found to be misusing our Platform, support systems (such as by submitting harassing requests), or violating these terms will have their account and/aws-chunk-size, Campaigns disabled. If your account is terminated for a violation of these Terms, you will not be eligible for a refund of any platform fees.
By creating a Campaign on eCHANDA, you (the "Event Manager") warrant that:
· All information you provide is truthful and accurate.
· All donated funds will be used solely for the purposes stated in your Campaign.
· You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
· You are solely responsible for handling any refund requests from Donors, as stated in our [Donation Refund Policy].
You agree not to use the Platform to create, fund, or promote any Campaign that:
· Violates any law or regulation.
· Is fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive.
· Involves child pornography or any sexually explicit material.
· Promotes harassment, hate speech, violence, or discrimination.
· Involves spam, mass-mailing, or email marketing (e.g., email lists, mass mail programs).
· Contains or distributes malicious material (e.g., trojans, viruses, malicious bots).
· Is a "phishing" page or attempts to steal user information.
· Attempts to hack, exploit, or run scripts (like proxies or IRC bots) to disrupt the server or other users.
Any attempt to hack or exploit the server, or the use of your account to do so, will result in immediate and permanent account termination.
We provide technical support related to the functionality of the eCHANDA platform.
· No Emergency Support: We do not offer emergency, phone, or instant live chat support. Support requests may take several hours or more to be addressed.
· No Webmaster Help: We do not provide support for webmaster-related issues, coding, design, or error-solving on your personal devices. We will only investigate issues related to the server-side configuration or libraries of the eCHANDA platform itself.
Fees for using our Platform will be disclosed at the time of the transaction. All platform fees are non-refundable. As stated in our [Donation Refund Policy], eCHANDA does not process or grant refunds for donations; all such requests must be directed to the Event Manager.
This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and disclose information, including personal information, in connection with your use of our website.
