1. Our Role as a Platform

eCHANDA ("we", "us") provides a technology platform to connect campaign creators ("Event Managers") with donors ("you"). We are not the final recipient of the funds; we process and deliver the funds to the Event Managers.

2. Donations are Non-Refundable by eCHANDA

All donations made on the echanda.com platform are final and non-refundable by eCHANDA.

Once a donation is processed ("captured") by us, it is considered a complete and irrevocable transaction. We do not offer refunds or returns for any captured donation.

3. Responsibility of the Event Manager

eCHANDA is not a party to the agreement between a donor and an Event Manager. The Event Manager who created the campaign or event is solely responsible for fulfilling any promises or representations made in their campaign.

After eCHANDA deducts applicable processing fees, the remaining donation amount is transferred to the Event Manager.

4. How to Request a Refund

All requests for a refund or return of a donation must be made directly to the Event Manager of the campaign you donated to.

The decision to grant a refund is entirely at the discretion of the Event Manager. eCHANDA has no authority to override their decision.

You must contact the Event Manager directly to discuss their specific terms and conditions, and to begin any refund process they may offer. eCHANDA is not responsible for facilitating this communication or for any refunds promised by an Event Manager.
